One year. One book. Every year.
Send us the whole year and we will make a single book of it — so that every January another volume goes up on the shelf beside the last one.
A year is the only unit that matches how a family actually lives
A wedding has an end, so it eventually gets made into something. A year does not. It just becomes the next year, and the photographs from last February sink under four thousand newer ones without anybody deciding to let them go.
So we take the year as the whole job. Everything from January to December — the birthday, the holiday, the first day of school, and the ordinary Tuesdays that turn out to be the ones you want. We read all of it, choose what carries the story, and lay it out as one book with a beginning and an end.
The shelf is the point
One is a nice object. Five in a row is something else: a record you can pull down and hand to somebody, with the years standing next to each other so the children grow between the covers rather than in a folder nobody opens.
They are made to match. The same size, the same binding and the same cover material every year, unless you want otherwise — so the run reads as one set rather than as five separate purchases.
How to start
Leave your email and a private gallery link arrives within minutes. Upload the year — all of it, including the bad ones, because leaving them out removes the material a curator needs. You will have a designed book to look at within three to five working days, and nothing is charged until you have paged through it and said yes.
Two free things, before you decide anything
A private online gallery for your photographs, and a designed album to page through. Leave your email and we will send you a single upload link — your design follows in three to five working days.
